The reason of suddenly stopping of jaw crusher:
1. Jaw crusher’s layout is blocked, which case a full cavity with the material blocked.
2. The triangle belt driven by scored pulley of jaw crusher is too loose, which makes the slipping of belt.
3. The eccentric shaft’s tight set bush is loose, which make no seam of the bearings of rack so the eccentric is stopped and out of moving.
4. The electric pressure is too low when the main engine crushes the large material, it does not have the power to crush it.
5. The bearing of jaw crusher is broken.
Suggested Solutions:
1. Remove the blocking material laid on the layout of crusher to ensure the unimpeded layout of material.
2. Tighten or change the triangle belt.
3. Reinstall or change a new tight set bush.
4. Adjust the electric pressure to satisfy the requirement of working pressure of main engine.
5. Change the bearing of jaw crusher.
