The tension rod of tightening parts passes through the long slot, and one end of tightening parts spring is set up aroud the enclosure bulkhead while the other side is fixed on the tension rod through nut and gasket, which makes tightening parts and adjusting seat combine into one.

 Toggle plate of jaw crusher  has to be made of better materials since it endures great impact.  The edge plate of jaw crusher is made from ZGMn13-2 material by pouring. And the water toughening treatment is conducted after casting pouring. Then, the casting becomes non-magnetic and has high tensile strength, toughness, plasticity, which makes the toothed plate more durable. When it is deformed due to severe impact and strong pressure during use, the surface hardening and the martensite takes shape to form a high wear-resistant surface layer. While with good inner toughness, even if worn to very thin, it can also withstand greater impact loads.
